Weight loss 4 idiots 101

1. You have to cut down your calorie intake – what you choose to eat and how much of it you consume

2. If you lift your calorie output you will burn ab fat (and every other bit of fat) a lot more rapidly than with diet alone.

3. A fit overweight person is in better shape than an unfit skinny person – you need to exercise for a long and healthy life

4. Starving yourself tells your body “danger – keep a hold on the fat” and you will not succeed in the medium or long term

5. If you start a better diet and exercise routine NOW, that’s one day closer to reaching your goal – you do have a goal, don’t you?

The first exercise to lose love handles is walking.

Walk off the excess wobbly bits for at least 6 to 8 weeks, 5 to 6 times a day, then consider some form of resistance training.

Whether you go to the gym and do workouts that will burn your waist fat or whether you go to yoga and work on your core strength or whether you work our some bizzare individualized ritual at home involving 2kg bags of sugar and the privacy of your sitting room, just go for it.

The key is do something other than exercising your jaw in complaining about having to lose your love handles and mashing your gums over that lovely fatty snack food that is so hard to give up till you really try and get inspired by your results.

Where can I start with quick weight loss tips?

Honestly, there are so many and really the best ones are simple and work almost immediately, but lots and lots of people don’t want to do them because they require effort and a change of learned habits.

For example, I found it really really hard to move from fizzy drinks to water, so I went via the route of water with bubbles and a slice of lemon or orange (or a few drops of concentrated lemon juice) till I got the hang of it.

Drink more water – drink less or no fizzy drinks or alcohol.

How long does it take to build muscle is a question a bit like how long is a piece of string.

It takes the time it takes. You just have to keep working on it and doing it the right way.

A mesomorph and an endomorph body type will build muscle much faster than an ectomorph, but you can speed up the process in the following ways:

Always train with good form and work slowly without swinging your body to support your weights.

Always work to your body type.

Mesomorph – heavy weights, moderate number of reps, medium rest between sets.

Endomorph – heavy weights, more reps (to work on the fat deposits), short rest between sets.

Ectomorph – lighter weights to start with, few reps and longer rest between sets to avoid burning up your muscles instead of building them.

Fatloss 4 idiots is not everyone’s cup of tea, but it does work to help you get the discipline and motivation to drop quite a bit of weight over an 11 day period.

You can repeat this simple diet plan as often as you like to step down in weight over time, but Fat Loss For Idiots has a few wacky meal combinations.

Mind you, if it works for you, who cares about a bit of strange food combinations.

For the long haul and to keep weight off, you need to see food in a different way than you do now; it’s not for boredom or comfort or any other emotion we tend to attach to it.

Certainly this program has been very successful in helping a great many people with that aspect as well, but you won’t know unless you give it a go.

work out love handles

Work out love handles by first dropping the fat, then by shaping your core.

To drop the fat, it’s not glamorous, it’s not exciting, but it’s not expensive at all and you get out in the open air all the time.

Walk. Walk briskly for at least 40 minutes a day.  Walk 3 days, have a day off, walk 2 days, have a day off, rinse and repeat each and every week.

If it rains, so what? Walk somewhere dry or walk in the rain. It doesn’t hurt and you need to develop the habit.

Once you’ve walked off enough excess fat, get into the gym and do some resistance training to completely knock those love handles over.

Losing weight quickly can be done in one or two ways.

The first is to starve yourself and drop a few kilos very rapidly.  This has it’s drawbacks, not the least of which is it doesn’t always work. Also you tend to feel hungry and weak and cranky most of the time (only when you are awake).

The second is to start eating the right type of food and doing exercise 5 days out of 7.

Start with a good breakfast within an hour of waking up – no, not a good fast food breakfast, something like toast, eggs, muesli or porridge within an hour of waking up.

Pack your own lunch and give up deserts.  Giving up alcohol is also a sure way to drop kilos because alcohol is just empty calories waiting to be joined by fatty, salty snacks.
