But be aware that sometimes, you just need to read a chapter and stop and let it sink in for awhile.

You pointed 100 % exact.I If i could add just few words regarding my experience, i was 267 pounds and that i managed to take eighty three pounds off, it wasn’t straightforward and it was anything but healthy , i used to be ravenous ,taking numerous tablets and consistently coaching-consequence was dehydrations,weaknes,depression……you name it, health safety,correct plan and sensible goal with a determination to vary lifestyle should always be part of weight loss, otherwise you might be preventing entire life with a identical subject -lose few pounds-get them again and again and again and again……

    Does anyone know of a safe, I repeat SAFE over the counter diet pill that I can try that won’t give me the “jumpies”? It seems like most of them make me skittish and keep me awake at night which then makes me all grumbly the next day. I am open to any suggestions as long as they don’t cost an arm and a leg. Thanks in advance. S.
