The first exercise to lose love handles is walking.

Walk off the excess wobbly bits for at least 6 to 8 weeks, 5 to 6 times a day, then consider some form of resistance training.

Whether you go to the gym and do workouts that will burn your waist fat or whether you go to yoga and work on your core strength or whether you work our some bizzare individualized ritual at home involving 2kg bags of sugar and the privacy of your sitting room, just go for it.

The key is do something other than exercising your jaw in complaining about having to lose your love handles and mashing your gums over that lovely fatty snack food that is so hard to give up till you really try and get inspired by your results.
