* Make a real commitment to stop smoking and minimise your drinking. Your healthy lungs, liver and wallet will be well worth the “sacrifice”.

Know your body shape – ectomorph, mesomorph or endomorph to determine your optimal balance of cardio and aerobic exercise for burning calories with your correct fitness workouts.
A skinny ectomorph’s fitness programs have to be quite different from the workout routines for a naturally strong and athletic mesomorph and a tending to flabby endomorph’s exercise routines. Don’t spend big money on fitness programs
All you need to do to get fit is walk (and eat right). The more you walk the more toned you get with this simple aerobic activity. Flab falls away, your clothes loosen up and you look fit and slim and you feel healthy and happy.
Just by putting one foot briskly in front of the other for fitness walking and you will increase your cardiovascular fitness. No other exercise routines could be simpler for physical fitness.
