Losing weight quickly can be done in one or two ways.
The first is to starve yourself and drop a few kilos very rapidly. This has it’s drawbacks, not the least of which is it doesn’t always work. Also you tend to feel hungry and weak and cranky most of the time (only when you are awake).
The second is to start eating the right type of food and doing exercise 5 days out of 7.
Start with a good breakfast within an hour of waking up – no, not a good fast food breakfast, something like toast, eggs, muesli or porridge within an hour of waking up.
Pack your own lunch and give up deserts. Giving up alcohol is also a sure way to drop kilos because alcohol is just empty calories waiting to be joined by fatty, salty snacks.
