If you are quite overweight, you will lose more faster and if you are really strict on yourself, you&#039;ll go more quickly, but the more steadily you take it off, the less chance you have of putting it all back on - which is the biggest problem for successful weight loss. In the first week, you should lose around 2kg and after that 1/3 to 1/2 kg per week. Doesn&#039;t sound fast compared to the promises you get from the shifty operators on the net, but it adds up and time marches on and after 6 weeks you&#039;ll feel REALLY good and after 3 months everyone you know will be noticing how much weight you&#039;ve lost and you&#039;ll be SO pleased with yourself.</description>
